TERM & CONDITIONS

·    Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) .

·    Packages are subject to room availability

·    Package are valid from 1 March to 31 October 2008 .

·    Package are applicable  to Malaysian , Permanent Residents in Malaysia and ASEAN Nationals only .

·    Not applicable for group bookings .

·    Berjaya Hotels & Resorts will not be held liable for any transportation changes

      resulting in rescheduling, cancellation or delay.

·    The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these

      conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.

OCCUPANTS / EXTRA BED

·    Maximum occupants per room are 3 adults OR 2 adults / 2 children.

·    Maximum 1 extra bed per room.

·    Redang Island – Applicable for Deluxe Garden View Chalet category onwards

·    Tioman Island – Applicable for Superior Chalet category onwards

CHILD POLICY

·    Maximum 2 children (2-12 years old) sharing with parents, with existing bedding.

RESERVATION

· Booking more than 1 month – Full payment must be made within 14 days upon

      confirmation of booking.

·     Booking within 1 month       – Full payment must be made within 10 days upon

      confirmation of booking.

·     Booking less than 2 weeks    – Full payment must be made within 5 days upon

       confirmation of booking.

CANCELLATION FEE / REFUND

• Full / partial payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE

HOTEL CHECK -IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check in time is after 1400hrs
• Check out time is before 1200hrs
